These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph1234 platform, including all games, account features, payment services, and promotional offers available to Filipino players. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one active account on ph1234. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to closure. All accounts must be registered under the player's own legal name and verified identity. Account sharing, transfer, or assignment to another person is strictly forbidden.
All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on ph1234 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Transactions are processed through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment channels. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
All promotional bonuses issued by ph1234 carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
ph1234 prohibits collusion, cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated tools or bots, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of ph1234 shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform lawfully under Philippine law and are not acting on behalf of a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing ph1234 in any manner — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph1234 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, and promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph1234. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
ph1234 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate Accounts at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management considerations.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on ph1234, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination.
ph1234 limits each individual to one (1) registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, all Accounts beyond the first may be closed at ph1234's sole discretion, and any balances or winnings within duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1234 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph1234 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
You must notify ph1234 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or suspicious activity on your Account. ph1234 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a security incident.
Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph1234 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification of identity and compliance with AML obligations. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ph1234 reserves the right to apply administrative fees to dormant Accounts as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied.
KYC Verification. ph1234 may require KYC verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of account misuse. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
All financial transactions on ph1234 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ph1234 accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed on the platform from time to time. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your ph1234 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph1234 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment sources not registered under your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the platform's deposit page.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. ph1234 targets processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on payment provider conditions, banking schedules, and fraud screening requirements. ph1234 reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of KYC or AML review.
Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160) and its implementing rules, ph1234 monitors all financial transactions for indicators of money laundering. ph1234 is obligated to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and Covered Transaction Reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required. Players must not use ph1234 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
ph1234 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are specified per promotion. Wagers placed using Bonus Funds on restricted games or games with high RTP rates may not contribute to or may only partially contribute toward wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse. ph1234 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms, systematic low-risk wagering to drain wagering requirements, and any other activity that in ph1234's reasonable judgment constitutes an attempt to obtain an unfair financial advantage from a promotional offer.
ph1234 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to reclaim from a Player's balance any bonus amounts that were issued in error or contrary to these Terms. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
All games available on ph1234 — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
Random Number Generation. All electronic game outcomes on ph1234 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are subject to independent technical audit. RNG systems are designed to produce outcomes that are statistically random, non-predictable, and non-repeating. ph1234 publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games as required.
Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, system outage, or communication failure that affects game outcome or display, ph1234 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. ph1234's malfunction policy is that all malfunctions void pays and plays. Disputes arising from technical errors must be submitted to ph1234 support within 72 hours of the incident.
Sports Betting. Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. Settlements are final once applied. ph1234 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. Rules specific to each sport and bet type are published within the sports betting section of the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph1234 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
ph1234 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
Players may request self-exclusion from ph1234 at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined terms or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not be permitted to access games or make deposits, and ph1234 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access to the platform. Players who self-exclude are advised that ph1234 cannot guarantee complete prevention of access in all circumstances and are encouraged to also seek support from appropriate professional services.
ph1234 reserves the right to proactively contact Players whose betting patterns suggest potential gambling harm, and to impose protective restrictions on Accounts where there are reasonable grounds for concern, even in the absence of a Player's request. All Players must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and enforced at all times.
All content available on ph1234, including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, website design, written content, and the ph1234 brand identity, is the property of ph1234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By accessing ph1234, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any platform content without the prior written consent of ph1234.
Any unauthorized use of ph1234's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law and will entitle ph1234 to seek injunctive relief and damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph1234 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
ph1234's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph1234 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph1234 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary disruptions. ph1234 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
ph1234 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from a Force Majeure event. In the event of Force Majeure, ph1234 will make reasonable efforts to restore services and communicate with affected Players.
ph1234 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how ph1234 handles your personal data — including what is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and how you can exercise your data rights — are set out in the ph1234 Privacy Policy.
By registering on ph1234, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
ph1234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph1234 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect — except where changes are required on shorter notice for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the ph1234 platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Closing your Account following a Terms amendment does not affect any legal rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ph1234, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph1234's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a complaint to support. ph1234 commits to providing a written response to all formal complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph1234's internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for resolution. Neither party waives any right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where circumstances require it.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
