• Active account data is retained for the duration of your account's active status, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML regulatory retention requirements under RA 9160.
• Transaction and financial records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with AMLC and applicable tax record retention rules.
• KYC documentation is retained for at least five (5) years from the end of the business relationship, as required under Philippine AML law.
• Customer support records are retained for up to three (3) years following resolution of the relevant inquiry or dispute.
• Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or are inactive for a period of two (2) years, whichever occurs first.
